Save to CRM by Ilarium (the "Extension"). Last updated: 5 October 2026. Українською
What the Extension does
When you click the Extension (or choose "Save to CRM" in the context menu), it reads the contact and company information that is visible on the page you currently have open, shows it to you for review, and — only after you press "Save to CRM" — sends it directly to the CRM account you connected.
Data we handle
- Page content you capture (names, job titles, company details, emails, phone numbers, URLs): read only from the active tab after your explicit action, and transmitted only to your own CRM (SendPulse, HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, KeyCRM, SalesDrive or Creatio, whichever you connect).
- CRM credentials (API keys / tokens you paste in Settings): stored in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) and used only to authenticate requests to your CRM. They are never sent to us or to any third party.
- Preferences (selected CRM, pipeline, stage, responsible user): stored locally in your browser.
What we do NOT do
- We do not operate a server that receives, stores or processes your captured data or credentials.
- We do not collect browsing history and do not read pages in the background.
- We do not sell or share data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling or creditworthiness.
- We do not use analytics or tracking.
Permissions
- activeTab, scripting — read the current page only when you click the Extension or the context-menu item.
- storage — remember your CRM connection and preferences locally.
- contextMenus — the "Save to CRM" right-click item.
- Optional host permissions — requested one CRM at a time, when you connect it, so the Extension can call that CRM's API.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a lawful basis (e.g. legitimate interest, consent) to store personal data of third parties in your CRM, and for complying with the terms of the websites you capture data from (including LinkedIn).
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting a CRM in Settings, or uninstalling the Extension, deletes all locally stored credentials and preferences. Records already created in your CRM are governed by your CRM provider and by you.
